Crepako provides cloud-based SaaS software for packaging material quality inspection, supplier and purchase order management. This is a pre-paid subscription online software service, no physical goods will be delivered.
Crepako 提供云端 SaaS 软件，用于包材质检、供应商及采购订单管理。本产品为预付费订阅制线上软件服务，不交付任何实体货物。
You select monthly, quarterly or annual subscription plans and make one-time prepayment for the selected billing cycle. Available payment methods include credit card and PayPal.
There is no automatic renewal. When your subscription period expires, you need to manually place a new order and complete payment to continue using the service.
All fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods.
您可选择月、季度或年度订阅方案，对所选计费周期进行一次性预付。支持信用卡、PayPal 多种付款方式。
本服务无自动续费。订阅周期到期后，您需要手动下单并完成付款，方可继续使用服务。
任意计费周期内中途取消订阅，已支付费用不予退还。
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You shall not share your account for commercial use outside your organization. We may suspend or terminate your account when your subscription expires or upon violation of these terms.
您有责任保管账号登录信息安全。不得将账号共享给组织外第三方用于商业用途。当订阅到期或您违反本条款时，我们可暂停或终止您的账号访问权限。
The software is provided “as is”. Crepako shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential damages arising from your use of this SaaS tool. The system is only for internal quality reference, not legal or financial audit evidence.
软件按现状提供。Crepako 不对您使用本 SaaS 工具产生的任何间接、衍生损失承担责任。系统数据仅作内部质量参考，不作为法律或财务审计凭证。
Either party may terminate the subscription according to the subscription rules. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be suspended after the valid period expires.
双方均可按照订阅规则终止订阅。订阅终止后，平台访问权限将在有效期到期后停用。
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。
